21st Century Kids

Our after school program operates Monday through Thursday until 5:00pm. There are three sessions throughout the school year. The main goals of the 21st Century After School Program include: academic enrichment & improvement and physical health & wellness, along with others. In order to meet these goals, students participate in physical activity, a healthy snack, academic enrichment and homework help each program day. MissionThe mission of the Fort Fairfield 21st Century After School Program is to serve all students & families in our community with programs facilitated by role models that provide opportunities to participate in unique learning experiences & lifelong wellness activities to develop socially responsible, resilient individuals who will thrive as adults in our community.

 

Goals· Provide a safe & inviting atmosphere for all students· Allow students to make choices within daily program offerings· Maintain high expectations for staff & volunteers in the program· Develop the program to become an integral piece of our community· Maintain a sustainability plan that will allow the program to operate indefinitely in Fort Fairfield.
